The team AI foundation
Chats, knowledge bases and model tools form a flexible starting point. We add the models, connectors, document tools, search, localization and team controls needed for practical use.
Technology and support
AI-COMFORT is a software suite built with quality in mind at every layer. We check component compatibility, adapt the workspace to business tasks, and update and maintain it after deployment.
More than installing an engine
Open WebUI provides the foundation for chat, knowledge and tools; Twenty provides customer and project management. Neither product alone assembles models, permissions, integrations, search, documents and spending controls into an organization-wide workflow. AI-COMFORT configures and maintains them as one service.
Customers get a working environment on a dedicated VM, not an empty interface they must connect to their services themselves.
Why these foundations
Open WebUI and Twenty have publicly available source code and development histories. This lets us build on products that can be examined and improved beyond a single vendor's closed codebase. AI-COMFORT is responsible for integrating and configuring them for the customer.
Chats, knowledge bases and model tools form a flexible starting point. We add the models, connectors, document tools, search, localization and team controls needed for practical use.
Twenty combines a flexible model of custom objects and relations with CRM tools accessible to AI. On CRM plans, we prepare projects and connect CRM to the workspace while preserving individual accounts and permissions.
Starting work does not require special AI expertise. The main actions live in one workspace; deeper features can be learned over time.
Employees describe tasks in ordinary language. The model selects relevant permitted knowledge and tools instead of requiring a separate AI chat for every service.
The platform ships with a work guide and a knowledge base about integrations.
Ask the model in chat when a step is unclear; it can consult the available instructions and explain what to do next.
The owner dashboard has step-by-step guidance for access, users, models, balance and limits.
Once those basic steps are complete, employees can start work and discover optional features as needed.
The quality of AI work also depends on the environment around the model: available knowledge and tools, work rules and clear permissions. AI-COMFORT connects them into a shared workflow where independent agent work goes together with team control.
Built-in models and owner-managed provider models receive workspace settings and access to permitted tools. A model's practical value grows when it can draw on team knowledge and files, compare data from connected services and create work documents within each user's permissions.
We provide connectors to business services and tools that create documents directly from chat.
An employee can combine data from available systems in one request and turn the result into a file. Owners can disable unused tools.
Web search, document handling and two knowledge bases—about the platform and its integrations—are configured.
A model can retrieve current external information, consult permitted team materials and explain how to use an available connector.
Owners can set a monetary cap for built-in models; platform admins can set daily per-model limits for individual employees.
The choice is not tied to one provider: built-in models, an owner-managed provider key and permitted personal connections can coexist.
Models, integrations and permissions are selected for the team's tasks. Skills establish work rules, plans help track execution and context management supports longer tasks. The agent works independently within granted access; consequential connector operations require separate confirmation, without repeated approval of routine steps.
Tools can be enabled or disabled as needed. Employees need not assemble the workflow from dozens of switches, while admins retain control of users, models and permissions. The Russian-language interface has additional localization; available features and selected settings are managed centrally.
AI-COMFORT evolves alongside AI technology and business management tools. Its architecture lets us quickly incorporate verified improvements from Open WebUI and Twenty while keeping the workspace connected.
We use actively developed open-source products and preserve the ability to adopt their new releases. Teams receive improvements for AI, knowledge, customer and project work within the suite they already know.
New platform and CRM versions are checked for compatibility, then prepared updates are rolled out centrally to customer environments. AI-COMFORT is responsible for preparing and releasing them.
Verified improvements reach users promptly. Businesses do not need to install new versions themselves or commission separate changes to their installation for every update.
The workspace and Twenty CRM have data backups and recovery capabilities. CRM data and settings are saved before an update; if the new version has startup problems, the previous version and saved data can be restored.
Development of the suite includes protection for accumulated team materials and customer, deal and project data.
The company workspace remains maintained: we support its components and connections, and owners can request help from their dashboard.
Each customer receives a separate VM, platform instance and IP address. Access is protected with permissions, HTTPS and network measures including CrowdSec.
CRM plans include Twenty with prepared project and project-task objects. Its connection to the workspace is configured; CRM users retain separate accounts and permissions.
Employees connect their CRM accounts from the workspace and, once authorized, can use their permitted CRM data from the shared chat.
We maintain the workspace and revisit connectors when connected services change. Feedback from teams helps identify improvements that matter in daily work.
Owners can report a defect or request a new connection through a support ticket in their dashboard.
